Sapper 6 Inc. changed ownership in June 2022. The new owners are Emily Bedore and Lee Bedore. 


Founded in April 2009, Sapper 6 is the vision of founder and 
entrepreneur, Harold Noble COL USA (RET) that is 
built around three core values:

Integrity, Accountability, and Stewardship.


As Mr. Noble established Sapper 6, he selected a core management team with similar personal values and complementary talents that collectively bring more than 100 years of experience in the facilities, construction, environment, and consulting industry.

Sapper 6 is a registered service disabled, veteran-owned small business 
and emerging small business. Our core competency services focus in 
three service areas: environment, construction, and consulting.  
Our focus is to provide these quality services in a safe manner.

COL Noble’s military career started 1978 with his appointment as a Second Lieutenant of Engineers in the in the United States Army.  
Career highlights include:

  • Chief of Legislative Liaison Branch, Office of the Chief Army Reserve (OCAR)
  • Commander of the 458th Engineer Battalion
  • Program manager for Headquarters U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Military Construction Army Reserve (MCAR) $700 million annual program and the Operations and Maintenance Army Reserve (OMAR) $20 million annual program


His final position was Commander/Staff Engineer III Corps at Fort Hood, TX. He was responsible for Headquarters, U.S. Army III Corps policy, structure, resources, and execution of Combat Operations worldwide. He was senior engineer on the Iraq planning team. He deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and served on Ambassador Bremer’s staff as the Green Zone Engineer, Senior Advisor to the Iraqi Atomic Energy Commission, Chief of the Requirements Coordination Office for the Coalition Provisional Authority, and Commander Force Protection Joint Task Force Green Zone.

Through his professional and military career, Mr. Noble has over 30 years of experience in construction site supervision, construction management, civil and environmental engineering analysis, construction, and industrial design and preparation of studies and reports.
